
Ownership & Rights
After final delivery and full payment, you retain full ownership of the manuscript and final content prepared by us.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content produced under these terms, except for any third-party elements (images, fonts, etc.) licensed to us.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required in advance of starting the service.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
We may split payments into milestones: e.g. a deposit before design work and a final payment before delivery.
No refunds will be issued after your final approval of the work.
Revisions & Turnaround
We include a 14-day revision period (from delivery of the draft) under normal circumstances.
In special cases, extension of the revision period may be granted by mutual agreement.
Urgent revision requests will be handled as follows (subject to workload):
- 24-hour revisions: within 24 hours
- 48-hour revisions: within 48 hours
- 72-hour revisions: within 72 hours
Refund Policy
A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery if you believe the work did not meet the agreed scope.
Transactional fees or processing costs (“transactional charges”) will be deducted from any eligible refund.
If the project is cancelled after design or editing work begins, only a partial refund may be offered, as defined in our agreement.
Refunds will not be granted for “change of mind” after final approval.
Scope & Service Limitations
We commit to deliver services consistent with the agreed scope and specifications discussed with you.
We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, distribution success, or media placements.
We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, data loss, or third-party claims arising from your use of the published materials.
You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your breach of third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.).
Communications & Messaging
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive service updates, project notifications, newsletters, and related communications.
Standard carrier charges or data fees may apply for SMS or mobile messages.
You may opt out of emails via the “unsubscribe” link, or SMS by replying “STOP” or “Unsubscribe” (as specified in each message).
We will not share your contact information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted to our website, and your continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
